Here listed are the terms & conditions for return, special offers & the use of show vouchers.
Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact me within 2 days of receipt:

CFoley Jewellery offer a Full refund (Less P&P) on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 07 days.

Due to hygiene reasons, I can not accept earrings back at all. If they are contained in a set, then the set can not be returned.

*Refunds will not be given for items custom made through my one to one service.

Refunds will not be given for used goods. CFoley Jewellery have the right to refuse any items if it is suspected the returns policy is being abused.

All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item. We will then send a replacement and will re-imburse you for the cost of the return postage.

To return the item

The item if under £49.99 in value must be sent by recorded delivery, and over £49.99 must be sent by special delivery. If this is not done, and the item is then damaged in the post, no refund will be given.

 

 

 

Special Offer & Show Promotions

CFoley Jewellery reserve the right to withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Show vouchers are limited to 1 per person per transaction & must be used before the expiry date given on the voucher.

To obtain the special offer on the voucher, the recipient MUST submit the code on the voucher. This can be done via email after you have placed your order stating your name, address & voucher code.

If any problems are incured the recipient must contact me to be sure I have received your special offer code. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the special offer voucher to make sure it has been used correctly. CFoley have the right to refuse any voucher code suspected of abusing the Terms & Conditions.
